Born and raised in the Philippines, Jet experienced a life-altering event at just four years old when a neighborhood fire consumed her family home. In celebration of Capital Holdings, Inc.’s 25th anniversary, Jet Sison unveiled the formation of the company’s International Marketing Division, marking a bold step into global expansion. This powerhouse team is led by Curtis Hixson, a seasoned developer with over 25 years of success in the Los Angeles region, now at the helm of the company’s entitlements and forward-facing development initiatives. Joining him is Manuel Cortez, a licensed realtor and business graduate with a specialized focus in Supply Chain and Logistics, now leading International Corporate Sales. Together, they represent the next evolution of Capital Holdings’ commitment to innovation, influence, and international reach.
