BLOGTALK WITH MJ
As a proud media partner, Blogtalk with MJ Racadio was in the room where it happened—the 2025 Filipino Hollywood Actors Panel organized by FilAm Creative. The event brought together a powerhouse lineup of Filipino-American talents who are making waves in the global entertainment scene.
Part 1 of my video coverage, I had the privilege of witnessing a vibrant discussion featuring Emmy Award-winning voice actor Eric Bauza, Hollywood actor Eugene Cordero, rising stars Becca Q. Co and Abby Espiritu, and other inspiring Filipino talents sharing their journeys in the industry. Also part of the panel was Juan Ramos, who is part of FilAm Creative in Media, 75 MIFA 2024, and founder of Howling Gale Entertainment.
The room was buzzing with energy as they opened up about representation, breaking barriers, and the importance of lifting up the next generation of Filipino creatives.
Part 2 of my exclusive content dives deeper into the passion behind the platform. I sat down with FilAm Creative co-founder Ed Malilin, along with filmmaker and artist Leo Partible, who shared the origin story of FilAm Creative and how they continue to support Filipino-Americans in film, TV, and digital media. Edwin A. Santos is the founder of the Filipino Hollywood Actors Panel, which has become a vital space for community and industry connections.
The event was proudly sponsored by the National Association of Voice Actors (NAVA) and The Clubhouse. Tim Friedlander, founder and president of NAVA, lent his support to this meaningful celebration of Filipino talent in Hollywood.
